- Technical ownership of client’s Patient Services Portals.
- Quick Team ramp-up and ramp-down to handle new product development as well as ongoing maintenance.
- Quick turnaround time for ongoing production support.
- Adherence to security standards due to handling of financial transactions.
- Partnership to work as offshore development center (ODC), to handle client’s production support environment.
- Complete ownership of technical aspects of multiple sites.
- Dedicated team to handle feature enhancements, ongoing maintenance, debugging/troubleshooting the environment and product related issues.
- Responsible for uptime of different Drupal portals.
- Coordination with client’s stakeholders for compliance / certification of financial transactions.
